Maintenance & Reliability
- Lead and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Ensure equipment reliability across CNC, manual, and facility systems
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures
- Own and maintain eMaint (CMMS) for work orders, scheduling, and reporting
- Track key metrics such as PM compliance, downtime, MTBF, and MTTR
- Use data to drive maintenance decisions and improvements
- Supervise and develop maintenance technicians
- Establish clear expectations and accountability
- Support hands-on work while leading execution
- Develop and manage weekly maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with production to minimize disruption
- Shift the team from reactive to planned maintenance
- Lead 6S and equipment reliability initiatives
- Reduce waste tied to downtime, inefficiencies, and repeat failures
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Required
- 7+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience with CMMS systems (eMaint preferred)
- Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
Preferred
- CNC, PLC, VFD, or controls experience
- TPM, Lean, or Six Sigma experience
- Industry certifications (CMRP, TPM, etc.)
