Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven leader to transform our maintenance function from reactive repair to a structured, reliability-focused operation.

This role requires both leadership and technical credibility—you will work alongside the team while establishing systems, driving accountability, and building a culture of preventive and predictive maintenance.

Success in this role requires a shift from day-to-day troubleshooting to planning, execution discipline, and long-term reliability improvement.  This role is not focused on reactive firefighting—it is focused on building structure, discipline, and long-term reliability.

  • Ensure equipment reliability across CNC, manual, and facility systems
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures
CMMS & Data Management

  • Track key metrics such as PM compliance, downtime, MTBF, and MTTR
  • Use data to drive maintenance decisions and improvements

  • Supervise and develop maintenance technicians
  • Establish clear expectations and accountability
  • Support hands-on work while leading execution

  • Develop and manage weekly maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate with production to minimize disruption
  • Shift the team from reactive to planned maintenance
Continuous Improvement
  • Lead 6S and equipment reliability initiatives
  • Reduce waste tied to downtime, inefficiencies, and repeat failures
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications
Required
  • 7+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Experience with CMMS systems (eMaint preferred)
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills

  • CNC, PLC, VFD, or controls experience
  • TPM, Lean, or Six Sigma experience
  • Industry certifications (CMRP, TPM, etc.)

What We’re Looking For
  • Plan-driven mindset—operates from structure, not crisis
  • Data-oriented decision-making
  • Hands-on leadership style
  • High accountability and follow-through
  • Ability to develop and lead a team
  • Ownership mentality in an ESOP environment
