ZillionHD is rebuilding one of the most respected names in heavy-duty diesel fuel injection.

Backed by over 100 years of AMBAC International engineering and manufacturing expertise, ZillionHD remanufactures and distributes heavy-duty diesel fuel injection and aftertreatment components for customers across North America.

We’re entering a new chapter—with new leadership, renewed investment, and significant opportunity for growth.

We’re looking for someone who wants more than a sales job. We’re looking for someone who wants to help build the commercial engine of a growing business.

This role begins as an individual contributor responsible for developing new business, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding market share. As the business grows, so will your opportunity to build and lead a sales organization.

If you’re energized by building something from the ground up, we’d like to meet you.

The Opportunity

As our Business Development & Sales Executive, you’ll drive revenue growth through a combination of outbound business development, inbound customer support, relationship management, and strategic account growth.

You’ll work closely with operations, engineering, manufacturing, and executive leadership to understand customer needs, solve problems, and create long-term partnerships. This is a hands-on role where initiative matters.

Success comes from disciplined execution, consistent follow-up, and building trust with customers every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop new business through proactive outbound prospecting and relationship building.
  • Convert inbound customer inquiries into long-term customer relationships.
  • Spend time at the AMBAC International location at high frequency to build relationships and meet customer demands
  • Build, manage, and maintain an active sales pipeline from prospecting through close.
  • Follow up consistently until opportunities become orders.
  • Travel approximately one week each month to customer locations, distributors, suppliers, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Learn ZillionHD’s products, customers, and competitive landscape quickly.
  • Partner with manufacturing and operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage opportunities, forecasts, and sales activities.
  • Help design and improve sales processes, customer engagement strategies, and commercial systems.
  • Represent ZillionHD professionally while strengthening the company’s reputation throughout the industry.

As You Grow

This role is intentionally designed for growth.
As the business expands, opportunities may include:

  • Leading and developing a growing sales team
  • Building key account strategies
  • Developing commercial processes and performance metrics
  • Participating in strategic planning
  • Helping shape the long-term commercial strategy for ZillionHD

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in business development, outside sales, account management, or B2B sales
  • Demonstrated success in developing customer relationships and generating new business
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and proactively developing opportunities
  • Strong pipeline management and customer relationship skills
  • Willingness to travel approximately one week each month
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout North America

Preferred Qualifications

  • Heavy-duty truck, diesel engine, aftermarket, manufacturing, industrial, or transportation industry experience
  • Experience selling technical or industrial products
  • CRM experience
  • Experience working in entrepreneurial, turnaround, or high-growth environments

Who You Are
You are someone who:

  • Takes ownership without waiting to be asked.
  • Builds relationships based on trust.
  • Thrives when building something new.
  • Doesn’t get discouraged by rejection.
  • Has the discipline to make the calls, follow up, and execute consistently.
  • Looks for solutions instead of obstacles.
  • Learns quickly and enjoys understanding how businesses operate.
  • Wants to grow into a leadership role.

Why ZillionHD?

At ZillionHD, your ideas matter. We’re building a business—not maintaining one.

You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced manufacturing leaders while helping shape the future of a growing commercial organization.

If you’re looking for an environment where initiative is rewarded, your impact is visible, and your career can grow as the business grows, this is the opportunity.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
  • Performance-based incentive opportunities
  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
  • 401(k)
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and company holidays

The Reality

This is a ground-floor opportunity within a business poised for growth.

We’re building, improving, and growing every day. That requires resilience, adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.

If you’re excited about helping build a business, creating lasting customer relationships, and growing alongside an employee-owned manufacturing company with more than a century of expertise, we’d love to hear from you.

ZillionHD, an AMBAC International company, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
