AMBAC International is hiring an Entry-Level Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Elgin, SC. In this hands-on role, you’ll help assemble parts and subassemblies that go into power and engine systems used in some of the world’s toughest environments—from agriculture to defense.
No prior experience? No problem. We’ll teach you the tools, techniques, and processes you’ll need to succeed.

What You’ll Do
Assemble components and subassemblies using hand tools and mechanical drawings
Follow clear work instructions and quality standards
Inspect work for accuracy and fit
Communicate with your team to keep jobs moving smoothly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
What You Bring
A good attitude and interest in mechanical work
Ability to follow instructions and work steadily
Basic hand tool experience (screwdrivers, torque wrenches, etc.)
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Reliability and willingness to learn new tasks
